Thank You

by Alana

Dear Nancy Thomas,

As you know that there are millions of kids that are still struggling, and that are healing by your advices.

I am one of the million of kids that struggled so hard that my parents thought it would be hard for me to heal without any help! But then you came up with jumping, and strong sitting, which has helped me a lot! I am now 14 years old to be 15 in May, and I have achieved my goal but not all the way yet! For two whole years I’ve struggled and said threats to my family. But now I’m stronger than I was, I had realized of who I was back then when I was 11 and 12. I had a rough year. Now that I’ve been doing strong sitting twice a day, and jumping I feel a lot stronger after doing my exercises.

I thank you for giving me a chance to strong sit, because if it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t be doing my exercises. I would be struggling! Thank you so much for the great idea. My mom always tells me when you strong sit think about how you want your day to go good or bad! I want it good!

From,

Alana
